Purified Water Distribution Systems: Pure water distribution system is employed in a pharmaceutical unit to distribute the purified & distilled water. DPL® Pure Water Distribution System consists of Storage Tank, recirculation pump, S.S. 316 L piping with user points at various locations & the instrumentation to monitor/control the system. DPL® has a specific approach with following steps to build the Water Distribution Systems, which compiles the USFDA & European Validation Standards.
1) Designing: One of the important parts is “ DESIGN “ of the system, with which the system built suffices the critical requirement for validation of the system & continuous maintenance of consistent quality of water.
2) Metallurgy: DPL® Water Distribution System has S.S. 316L EP Tanks & Electropolished pipes & fittings. The entire loop is orbitally welded. DPL® system features :

Magnetic Float Type Level Controllers:
A magnetic float moving alongside the protection tube tracking the level is activating the reed relays incorporated in tubes. Single, Bi-level and multilevel sensing with potential free contacts.
Aqualines offers magnetically float operated Top Mounted Level Switch for controlling one or multi Levels by using reed Switch.
The Unit Consists of Vertical Guide Pipe (Stem) Reed Switches Are located, Magnetic Float Sliding over the Stem according to the level in the tank. After passing the float, the reed relay will retain their output state. Various materials of construction are available depending upon Service Condition. Maximum 4 Set points can be given in a Single Level Switch & Maximum stem length will be 3 Meters.
